Psalms 69:22-28

22 aLet their own btable before them become a snare;
cand when they are at peace, let it become a trap.
Hebrew; a slight revocalization yields (compare Septuagint, Syriac, Jerome)  a snare, and retribution and a trap

23 eLet their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see,
fand make their loins tremble continually.
24Pour out your indignation upon them,
and let your burning anger overtake them.
25 gMay their camp be a desolation;
let no one dwell in their tents.
26For they hpersecute him whom iyou have struck down,
and they recount the pain of jthose you have wounded.
27 kAdd to them punishment upon punishment;
may they have no acquittal from you.
Hebrew  may they not come into your righteousness

28Let them be mblotted out of the book of the living;
let them not be nenrolled among the righteous.

of the wicked, when it comes,
26for the Lord will be your confidence
and will rkeep your foot from being caught.

Proverbs 10:24-25

24 sWhat the wicked dreads twill come upon him,
but uthe desire of the righteous will be granted.
25When vthe tempest passes, the wicked is no more,
but wthe righteous is established forever.

Luke 21:26
